Our drilled amber beads are made from genuine 40
million yearsold Baltic amber.
Amber is an organic, rather than a mineral gem, which
makes itlightweight; so the sky's the limit when it comes
to size of finished piece, or incorporate it with heavier
stones to lighten your jewelleryitem.
As no two amber gems are exactly alike, expect lovely variationswithin the same colour.
Our 12mm, 14mm and Olive cognac beads are made from pressed amber, which is aprocess of pressing small pieces of amber together to produce a bead of darker than usual tones with attractive swirls. It is, like all of our beads, 100% 40 million
years old genuine Baltic amber (Certified by the Polish Amber Chamber of Commerce).
